When to see A6-9500 & A6-9500E APUs on Canadian market? I mean A6-9500 (AD9500AGABBOX) & A6-9500E (AD9500AHABBOX).

Why would you want one? They're significantly slower than any Ryzen processor (and even dual core Intel processors) as they are Excavator based. But if you do want one, you should ask Newegg when they are expected to be in stock.

Why do I need an expensive Ryzen when a cheap Excavator with integrated GPU is just enough for my rig?

Newegg customer service is clueless about stock (everything).

Probably because your kindergarten was closed today and thus you did not get sufficient DDR4 into your AM4 socket.
