What 'windows power plan', bios and chipset version, is the ram model on the mobo memory QVL ?

Have you asked on an overclockers forum for optimal (non oc) bios settings ?

Ryzen 5 5600x, B550 aorus pro ac, Hyper 212 black, 2 x 16gb F4-3600c16dgtzn kit, Aorus gen4 1tb, Nitro+RX6900XT, RM850, Win.10 Pro., LC27G55T..

It's recommended to use windows balanced power plan (and not the old ryzen power plans) on the 5xxx series (unless you plan on a serious OC), and ram not on QVL is possibly another problem.
