Seriously, I am tired of spending hours searching online for a single piece of information that is insanely important.
Now then, according to HWiNFO64 my vcore dipped down to 0.372 V. And I had a BSOD with an error pointing towards a voltage issue. Thing is I just got a new PSU thinking that my old one was the problem.
My set up is Ryzen 7 1700, Gigabyte ab350, windows 7 64bit, AMD RX460, 16gb g.skill DDR-3466(stock clock at 2333mhz) and nothing is overclocked.
Set your power plan to High Performance, it sounds like the same issue I had when I allowed my CPU to downlock, but if the frequency stays at 100% it can drop under 0.4v (outside of games) and remain perfectly stable.
