KINDLY INFORM ME WHATS THE GENERATION OF AMD A8  7410 PROCESSOR?

A8-7410 is a mobile APU from 2015 code named Carrizo-L. This APU uses 4 "Puma+" CPU cores and Radeon R5 GPU.

I believe that AMD refers to this as a 6th generation APU.

Carrizo APU's have had issues with Microsoft as far as updating is concerned. I recommend you go to Windows Update and install any updates available as a 'fix' / 'patch' has been released.
