What if my RMA shipment arrives late?

Hi,

I shipped my faulty CPU on December 23, 2020 according to AMD RMA# 2000301537. The tracking number is EE029007835RU. 

What happens if it doesn't reach AMD in 30 days due to post service delays? Will AMD still accept it?

Got an official reply by email:

Thank you for your email. 
Please be informed the RMA#2000301537 will be still valid even after 30 days.
Upon the receipt of your faulty unit  in our warehouse, the replacement part will be shipped to you

i guess the warranty claim is bound to shipping-date and not arrival-date...

but i am no lawyer - and murcia has stupid warranty laws ;/
