In a previous email it said, I was supposed to get an email about a replacement. Is this supposed to be that email?

That email confirms they have received your defective item at the RMA center.

I have a previous email saying that it already passed the test/inspection, so wouldn't that mean they received it already?

That one looks like an automated email sent when your processor was scanned into the system.
