What CPU temperature is too much? Does it depend on the build? How about voltage? I've overclocked my FX-6300 from 3.5 Ghz to 4.1 Ghz and the voltage is at 4.25 and the temp. is oscillating from 63-64 Celcius.

What CPU temperature is too much?  Does it depend on the build?  How about voltage and temperature?  I've overclocked my FX-6300 from 3.5 Ghz to 4.1 Ghz and the voltage is at 1.4.V and the temp. is oscillating from 63-64 Celcius.  In addition, my understanding is that the CPU can be overclocked as high as the voltage will allow it without crashing, but before that happens, the CPU voltage will likely fry the processor or motherboard before it gets to that point.  Is this the case?  What I"m trying to say is, the voltage will likely get too high before the overclock does.

I assume you mean the voltage is 1.425v. And the maximum temperature is 61°C. There's also a point where a chip will not be stable even with extreme voltage and cooling methods.
