I’m a problem, which incase is very weird;

I’m getting weird monitor glitches (which puts random colours on the screen), stuck on the BIOS part (which is the first thing I see while turning my PC on, and BSODs, crashing randomly, monitor screen turns off and when I turn it back on, goes to the BIOS part which I can’t get out without a force-shutdown

I assume you cleared BIOS and reset all settings to defaults?   Is your power supply big enough?  Have you reseated the PSU cables to the mobo?  Reseat your ram in the motherboard.  Reseat the cPU in the socket?  Reseat the video card?  Generally speaking if you are crashing at BIOS it's a bad connection or a bad part, like a motherboard or PSU connection.... or the CPU/RAM is not right somehow.  I wish I had more for you.  Reassemble every part and make sure your PSU is good.  Hopefully it's not a bad part or bent pins.

Well, I haven’t tried anything yet, and I haven’t touched any reset settings on the BIOS, pretty weird.
