Warranty request form never comes up and keeps me in a loop. Can someone provide the correct link ??? http://support.amd.com/en-us/warranty/rma

Please let me know what the correct link is for the warranty request form.

My processor died after about 11months of use and it worked perfectly. no visible damage to processor, it just stopped working. I had to take it in to the shop and get it replaced (which cost me bout 300$, that was great)

This is the link which is working for me : Warranty Services

Which option are you selecting from this page ?

If you have already had it replaced at the shop, what are you looking for from Warranty services ?

I had to replace it out of warranty from the store I bought it from. The AMD warranty lasts for 3 years for manufacturer defect. Shops warranty only lasts for 30 days for anything.

So I bought the AMD 8350 12/28/15, it performed great for just about a year. then all of a sudden it died. I thought "hmm I must have a bad motherboard or bad RAM since processors almost never go bad unless there is a defect" and I took it in to the shop and they said it was the Processor, they placed a brand new FX 8350 processor in my pc (~$140) + labor ($160) which puts me at $300 I spent for no reason.

Thus I would like to file a warranty claim and get a new processor.

To answer your question, I get to step 3 after selecting processor in box and go thru the other steps, try to click on step 4 and it redirects me back to Support  page.... quite frustrating... even tried it in another browser

The warranty process is to replace your defective processor, so you need to send in the non working CPU and if applicable, you will receive a replacement.

It does not cover parts and labor.
