Waiting for response for RMA request.

I applied for RMA. I have a ticket and was wondering how long AMD takes to respond to it.

I do have a reference ticket #8201048383

It took me a week before they responded. The whole RMA process took over 5 weeks for me, from sending the first RMA email to receiving the replacement processor. You can also try sending a request to AMD's tech support team, asking them to make sure to check your RMA request.
