upgrade to AMD Phenom II X4 840T

What can I put in my AM3 socket that is NEW, not "used".  I have a HP Pavillion p6774y.  16G of 1666 RAM and a separate PNY - XLR8 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB GDDR5 PCI Express Video Card.  I do a lot of intensive 3D modeling and photorealistic rendering.  I've maxed out everything else on the motherboard, I'd like to step up to a new cpu.  The motherboard is a N-Alvorix-RS880.uATX (Alvorix).  I can't find any NEW Phenom II X6 cpu's.  A few "refurbished" and a lot of "used".  AMD doesn't sell the Phenom II anymore, so what replaces it?

Nothing. All processors supported by that motherboard used in that system have long since been discontinued.

Most of the AM3 processors launched in 2009-2011, with one final Athlon II X2 in 2013.

Socket AM4 replaced socket AM3+ in 2017, which had replaced socket AM3 in 2011.

It´s quite better to get a new MB with a new CPU.

The Phenom II Series is almost too old for future applications and dosen´t support SSE 4.1.
