Updating CPU

I just got this Acer Desktop computer with this motherboard in it,

Acer AX1430G-UW30P

It has a AMD E-450 dual-core processor, this processor is not strong enough to support gaming, which is why I bought the pc. I got it two 8GB ram sticks which I thought to be the initial problem of the slow computing, it did help but I am now leaning towards the CPU being the issue, but I am sort of new to this all so how do I upgrade this CPU?

If you could help I would greatly appreciate it!

It has four white solid-topped pins in the corners of the CPU, and it seems to move around like it might come out..

Re: Updating CPU

That processor is soldered to the motherboard and is not meant to be removed or replaced.

The four pins are holding down the heat sink on the CPU.
