1) dual core usage? NO! your game only single thread (game thread + overhead)
Maybe WDDM limit (user mode display driver <=> kernel mode display driver)
kernel usage(display driver usage) don't exist on WinXP (same game/benchmark)
2) How to use 2 CCX dual core mode?
1.High Performance or Balanced Power Plan
2.Run your game/app
3.change processor affinity on Taskmgr.exe (ie. CPU0/1 & CPU8/9)
4.switch to dual core power plan
