Thermal Question- Ncase M1

I have a 3700x and was wondering if this was normal idle temps for this CPU? I currently have a Ncase M1 V6 with a 3700x, Gigabyte x570i Pro ITX being cooled with a Noctua NH - U9S. I dont think looks right? i believe it should be cooler right? it is on AUTO for OC.thermals AMD 3700x.jpg

Since it's using high voltages, up to 1.48v, it's going to run warm. What are the temperatures under a Cinebench R23 run?

Was pretty much running at 81-82 throughout each pass during the test

Then it's perfectly fine, load temperature is what matters, and that's well under the maximum temperature of 95*C.
