The temperature of my 1600X is instable in the deskop (around 33-43 at 1% charge)

It's not a problem of cooling, and the rad is not hot at all. My pc shut down when I play, and it says that my CPU is at 75° but the rad isn't burning (hot, but I can hold it).

kyu, do we have a little language problem?  Is "1% charge" same as load?  Please post a screenshot of Ryzen Master (RM) - simply drag-n-drop the image into your reply.  Post your system spectifications especially CPU cooler.  Here are mine:

Your maximum is 95C, so temperature is not the problem.  Please tell us more about your crash.
