Hello, I am trying to submit an RMA for my Ryzen 5 3600X, but when I type in the serial number I get the following error. Please help

This is the serial number I am using:

9JA2168N00468

What am I doing wrong?

Is your Ryzen 5 3600x processor a Retail Processor?

In another words did the processor come in a Official AMD Retail Box from your Retailer/Vendor?

Sometimes an "1" looks like the letter "l" or a "0" looks like the letter "O" so double check the serial number.

What Retailer did you purchase the Processor from?

Does the CPU printed Serial Number and Model number match the AMD Retail Box Serial Number and Model number on the white sealed label of the box?

Yes its a retail processor which comes in an Official AMD Retail Box

That's not what I asked for, please provide a full picture clearly showing the retail box, all packaging and the serial number.

The issue has been solved as I was selecting Desktop Kit in the product Type but the one which should have been selected was Processor. Sorry for the mess. Thank you for you help SIR
