I'm trying to fill out the warranty page but it wont let me submit because "please enter valid serial number format" I've triple checked the part number and serial from the integrated heat spreader. What the heck am I supposed to do?

Same thing was happening to me. Turns out one of the zeroes was actually an O, as in the letter. Problem is they look identical.
