I'm searching technical information to build a new desktop PC
CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
RAM - Corsair 32GB Kit Vengeance DDR-4 3000MHz (2x16GB) SODIMM CMSX32GX4M2A3000C18
Hard Disk - Corsair Force Series Gen.4 PCIe MP600 1TB NVMe M.2 SSD
Motherboard board - still searching preferably ASUS mobo
Display - Dell 32" 4K U3219Q
Graphic comes from AMD CPU without graphic card
The new desktop PC shall be mainly for office use, including occasional 2D graphic editing (NOT 3D) but not for gaming.
Can AMD Ryzen 7 3700X cater those app's in the form of a GPU ?
Does AMD Ryzen 7 3700X have an iGPU ?
OS - Linux
Graphic Editing software - GIMP, Darktable etc.
Please advise. Thanks in advance.
Just made a search on Internet.
ASUS PRIME X570-PRO/CSM X570,AM4 Socket,Intel GbE Lan,USB3.2,PCIe 4.0 M.2 ATX M/B
supports AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 4750G
Would there be an advantage having dedicated GPU?
The new PC is for office use ONLY, plus occasional 2D graphic editing
Graphic editing software - mainly GIMP and Darktable
I see. Thanks
In case if I do 3D graphic editing, I just add an AMD FirePro graphic card.
AMD FirePro was AMD's brand of graphics cards intended for use in workstations and servers running professional Computer-aided design (CAD), Computer-generated imagery (CGI), Digital content creation (DCC), and High-performance computing/GPGPU applications
