Windows 10 Pro x64 1703 (Open Lock Pages in Memory privilege)
7-zip x64 16.04 (Use large memory pages)
Attach: 7-zip(Large pages) Crash on Windows 10 Recovery Environment
No problems here with either 1 thread 64MB or 16 threads 32MB with my 1800X.
Same thing as black_zion for me.... Was only able to produce 1 error, that as far as I can tell shouldn't of happened.. And I tested both x86 and x64 versions of the the most recent 7zip.. With the use large pages option enabled. There are a couple possibilities I think.. Recovery environment uses a RAM Drive to load the OS. There could be a memory conflict happening due to that. The other possibility is, the 16.04 version of 7-zip was made before Ryzen launched... It could be incompatible with Ryzen, though not likely since @black_zion was able to run it without error. Are you trying to use this on an SQL server? Otherwise I see no reason to have the lock pages in memory option enabled.
Windows 10 Pro
ASRock Fatal1ty X370 Profession Gaming Bios 2.00
7-zip 17.00beta x86 and x64
Your benchmark don't have LP mark (non-Large Pages)
7-zip benchmark 17.00 need to use command switch: -slp
cd C:\Program Files\7-Zip
7zG b -mmt1 -slp

Windows 8? Legacy OS not affact
Intel CPU on Windows 10 RS1 Recovery Environment x64 (Version 1607) - Work fine
Ryzen on Windows 10 RS2 Recovery Environment x64 (Version 1703) - App Crash
7-Zip Benchmark 17.00 !Large Pages Mode!
The fact that it runs flawlessly on other OSs means the problem is caused by 7-Zip coding and Windows 10, and is not a problem with Ryzen, and since it is a beta version problems like this will occur.
