Its normal. Unfortunately the IHS is too thicc and reduces the cooling performance. Without the IHS the CPU is at least 20 - 25 degre Celsius cooler " out of the box ". I would be better happy if we can buy the CPU without the IHS or with much thinner IHS. Removing the heat spredder means we immediately losing the Warranty.
