Ryzen 7 5700x on MSI Bazooka B450m

Hello,

Lately I wanted to upgrade the CPU on my PC, and wanted to know if I can install a Ryzen 7 5700x on my Bazooka B450m motherboard.
Pc specs at the moment are:
Ryzen 5 2600x
32gb 2400hz DDR4
RTX 3070
1tb Samsung M.2 980 as the main drive

I doubt that I am experiencing some bottleneck on my GPU, since it does not get used to it's max power when I use 3D software such as Lumion, and it stays in vrel most of the time.
Therefore I think that upgrading my CPU maybe would help

Yes, according to the motherboard website.

Any other queries re compatibility would be better asked on MSI support forum.

Make sure you update the BIOS to support the chip. The recommended BIOS will be on the product support page.
