RYZEN 7 5700X BSOD Blue screen of death

Hi guys, my brand new RYZEN 7 5700X came and i installed it on my setup.
The model is  AMD Ryzen 7 5700X, 8-Core, 16-Threads, 3.4GHz (4.6GHz Turbo), Cache 36MB, AM4, 100-100000926WOF


After installing it the computer does not go on 2 minutes without the BSODs "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL", "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA" and Ntfs.sys "UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP".

My setup is:

MOBO B550M-PLUS TUF GAMING ASUS
RAM team Group T-Force Vulcan Pichau 8GB (2x8) DDR4 3200MHz, TLPBD48G3200HC16C01
GPU ASRock Radeon RX 5600 XT 6GB Phantom Gaming D2 OC 192-bit, 90-GA1WZZ-00UANF
PSU: AeroCool KCAS 600W Bronze Full Range 80 Plus

My MOBO is running on the latest bios, i've tried a clean reinstall of the windows, and even sent the CPU to be analyzed by a store.

 After some testing they said it could be a factory error and to send it back for RMA, but i'm still not fully convinced and wanted to give it a try before sending it back.

I switched the CPU to my old ryzen 3 3200g to be able to search the web for solutions. Doe anyone have any light on what may be causing the problems?

When i first installed the CPU it ran fine for about 30 minutes, but after i tried to play DOTA 2 i got my first BSOD, and after that i was barely able to boot, getting a BSOD 1-2 minutes after o boot, and sometimes not being able to boot at all

If they tested it and found it defective, it most likely is. I don't know about practices in your country, but here the store where you buy something usually has to take care of warranty issues, so if it's the same there, they should give you a new one and deal with AMD or importer themselves.

I actually imported it via internet from another state, the store i took the cpu was a different one though. I think i'll give up and go for the RMA though

Hey, do you think if i lowered my RAM mhz i would have different results? I was running them at 2.4k, maybe at lower speed it would get more stable?

According to those CPU-Z screenshots your memory is 3200MT/s or 1600MHz. But why would you run them at 4800/2400.
