I have just bought my Ryzen 7 3700X recently. After downloading NZXT Cam to monitor my PC's performance I've noticed my CPU is stuck around 4.3-4.4mhz and will not budge from that no matter what i do (at idle or in a game).
Has anyone seen this issue and if so can someone help me? I don't want to burn my chip up (even though i got a 3yr protection plan).
