I have an Asus vivobook with a Ryzen 7 3700U and Vega 10 graphics, and whenever I try to play a game it sometimes throttles the CPU and GPU to exactly 400MHz and 200Mhz respectively. This nearly halves my fps, I usually get like 50fps in rocket league but when it's throttled I get like 20fps and sound stutters. When I alt+tab out of the game, for example Rocket League, it goes right back to normal, and when I go to the game again it immediately throttles again.
