now my games lag and often get dc/ automatically closing game application. so ive download amd ryzen master app and tried game mode to all 8 cores are working. after that i delete the app because its causing lots of problem and lag. and still my pc encountering problems like playing gta saved on m.2 still lag. how to reset motherboard?

Maybe trying bios reset (a button or 2 pin jumber plug in), if not helps reinstall ryzen master and reset from there on software

now i intalled it. restore default didnt help still the same. edc mostly at RED should i be worried? i havent install amd master yet and what i found using Amd Ryzen Balanced power management option - gives me CPU utilization Idle or minimal apps in the background cpu speed is 3.95 to 3.99 ghz

Thats new. What motherboard are you using and what bios version?

Could you find a spare cpu to test if the mobo is ok? Another thing, did u check for any software working background with high cpu usage?
