If the Wraith Spire RGB is still working fine and it is just the LED light then I wouldn't worry about it.
But if the LED lights are that important to you than you can always open an AMD Warranty Request form and see if AMD will replace your Wraith Spire if your processor still isn't under Warranty with the Vendor or Retailer you purchased it from.
All official Retail AMD Processors that come in a box have a 3 year AMD Warranty.
