Ok now that I got the right picture.
notice how one thread is the only one with any real load on it with 5.5%.
Consider your cpu has 16 logical cores that mean a singlethread can maximum utilizer 100%/16= 6.25%
So a hread running at 5.5% out of 6.25% is actually running.5.5/6.25 = 0.88 of a core or 88% of a core.
Which looks close to a Cpu corespeed bottleck.
Simply this game need a strong singlcore and not a massive amount if cores. You got the wrong kind of cpu for your game. As you can't utilise the cpu powerwith that game.
you Would have been better of with an i7 or even i5 for that game. Or an overcloccable i3
You might Want to lock the process to only one ccx unit for abit of added speed.
