Ryzen 7 1700 Processor corrupted after bios update!!!

I have the Asus Crosshair VI Hero motherboard. After a bios update my processor became this.

All settings were selected by default. I did not make any adjustments. Did the processor break down? Only one core works.

Did you load BIOS defaults?

I set the bios settings to default. I also installed another bios. All bios versions have the same problem. But I did not do anything.

Did you turn off some cores in bios or ryzen master? Might try reinstalling the drivers.

Best practice is to reset to defaults BEFORE flash, then flash and then may clear CMOS just before reconfiguring BIOS.

Make sure you didn't disabled cores in BIOS itself.

Re: Ryzen 7 1700 Processor corrupted after bios update!!!

Friends. I did everything you wanted. But the problem is: The computer rarely turns on. I get an error when I try to reload the bios. Actually, it's loading bios. But when I save the settings with F10 it never opens again. I installed the bios using the bios flashback feature behind the motherboard. But again the PC is not turned on. Sometimes the system is on. I enter the bios settings and save the default settings with F10. But the system is not opening yet. I did not use Ryzen Master. I did not disable any nuclei. I use the Bios settings as default. This happened after Bios was updated. Is my processor broken? Or is the motherboard broken? The question is, How and why did the PC that was stable after the bios update default settings come to this state?

Re: Ryzen 7 1700 Processor corrupted after bios update!!!

I would go to ASUS forum and ask this question in this section

Crosshair VI Motherboards (X370)

If you would have access to different ryzen to test it would help answer if it is CPU or mobo...

BTW - try to boot with only one RAM stick in different slots and resocket CPU too.

Re: Ryzen 7 1700 Processor corrupted after bios update!!!

check the CPU tab in your BIOS and make sure it is recognized properly

then check to be sure all cores are being recognized

Re: Ryzen 7 1700 Processor corrupted after bios update!!!

I checked all of them.

I tried the following to solve the problem:

-Cmos cleaned.

- I updated it to another bios version.

-Bios battery was removed and plugged back in.

-I always reset bios to default settings.

- Already, I always use my computer with default settings.

- I never overclocked during use.

I never used the Ryan Master program.

- I never canceled the processor cores anyway.

-The system was stable.

I installed the -1602 Asus C6H bios.

-F1 screen came.

If you save it without saving it, the system processor will be opened as a single core.

If I save and exit the settings with F10, the system will never be turned on.
