I had the Ryzen 5 3600 then I swapped it out for the Ryzen 5800 because of it these issues, and I keep getting them

Amd Radeon RX 5600 XT windforce OC 6G, 8gb 192-bit gddr6, gv-r56xtwf2oc-6gd
Corsair Vengeance LPX (4x8gb) ddr4 3200mhz c16of ram
Corsair CP-9020178-au rm650x 80 plus gold modular atx power supply
Msi performance gaming B450 gaming pro carbon max Wi-Fi with latest firmware
Win 10
What I have tried:
new processor (I used to have 3600x)
removing ram - pulled out 2 sticks (crashed) and then swapped out for the other 2 previously removed (still crashed)
Updated to latest drivers for everything
dropped the processor power by 0.05v
