I was trying to get a boot kit since the motherboard I'm using cant be flashed from the board only through the bios since its not posting.
Filling in the Warranty request Form I keep getting the Please enter valid serial number format. I've double checked the box and the CPU and tried changing the 0's to O's and that hasn't fixed anything.
It was purchased from Amazon.ca the QR code was valid when I checked and even looking at other forms where they posted about OEM CPUS the part number (100-100000061BOX) takes me to here https://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/Zen/AMD-Ryzen%205%205600X.html
I even have a Ryzen 9 5900X same thing happens when I plug it in isn't coming up valid again bought from retail (part number is (100-100000061WOF).
If someone can help please. In the end I'm just looking for a way to get a boot kit .......
Did you attempt to contact AMD customer support and let them know you're having trouble with the form? That's the first thing I'd do.
