A blue screen occurs when starting the game Planet Zoo. This gives the error CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT.
This issue occurs every time I boot up the game now. This is a clean install of Windows 10. The first week after the install the game worked without a problem. Now I can't get the game running anymore.
Windows is completely up-to-date, the game is up-to-date, the BIOS is up-to-date and I have the latest drivers. I created a ticket on msi.com as I have an MSI B550-A PRO motherboard. They have so far not been of much use, they recommended that I update to the latest beta BIOS version and clear CMOS. I did that, but the issue remains.
If someone has any tips for this issue? Luckily this is the only game with that issue, I can run many other games without a problem.
