Ryzen 5 3600x cores asleep at startup. Stuck at 500mhz
I have a 3600x and sometimes at startup some or all cores are stuck at 500mhz. Both times that it has happened a restart fixes it and it seems to happen a day or two after a new chip set driver is installed. Anyone have any insight on this. Thanks
