I'm using Ryzen 5 3600 on Asus tuf gaming x570 plus (BIOS v3405) , Linux.
There seems to be common problem with 'PROCHOT' or perhaps "BD PROCHOT' with this CPU or chipset or motherboards or whatever.
It is capped at 550MHz even though temeratures are very low. The only way to run it at 3600MHz is by disabling PROCHOT in RyzenMaster.
But that software requires Windows OS and must be set on every reboot. There is no option in BIOS to disable PROCHOT.
So, how to disable PROCHOT in Linux?
I have updated BIOS to latest version 3405, that uses 'AMD AM4 AGESA V2 PI 1.2.0.0'
ASUS doesnt allow BIOS downgrade.

Have you resolved that issue?
yes, I wrote about it in another thread: 'Re: AMD Ryzen 3900X stuck at very low (500 Mhz) frequencies on several cores'
"have you tried 'Advanced/AMD Overclocking/AMD Overclocking\SoC/Uncore OC mode' (Forces CPU SoC... to run at their maximum frequences at all times.) in BIOS if you have it?"
