Hello,

I have ryzen 5 3600 with fortis 3. I have problem with game boost mode and temperatures. When i mode on and try to do cinebench computer restarts. I reduced clock speed to 4.1 GHz and voltage to 1.37 and its stable only in games. When i try to do test in prime 95 temps go to 92C in 10sec and then computer restarts. My mobo is msi b450 gaming plus max and i have latest bios. Help?

If it is stable in games then it is running fine.

The Cinebench program can push temperatures too high for the CPU sometimes and cause it to shutdown.

It is a synthetic benchmark though so your CPU will never reach those temperatures of 92c during gaming.

I wouldnt run game boost yet.. have you updated to your latest bios?  the bios with the 1003abba agesa...
