I have an acer nitro 5 AN515-43 with a Ryzen 5 3550H and a gtx 1650m. My CPU never reaches over 3.2GHz even when my laptop is charging and on performance mode. It keeps throttling on many games and I dont know why it doesnt turbo fully. If you can help or if there are any tools I can use it would be much appreciated.
