Al parecer es la tarjeta madre Asus, la solución seria cambiar a otros modelos como una gigabyte o mobo. 

Edito: instalar solo los controladores de ryzen que están en su página oficial, y actualizar la BIOS a la versión más reciente.

Ayudará mucho a qué el equipo funcione correctamente

I have the exact same issue, my screen freezes and sometimes restarts randomly. I have already tried with other RAM's. I tried with different SO's and SSD's.

Actualiza la BIOS a la última versión, desinstala los controladores por default de Windows y solamente instala los propios de ryzen de su página, no otros.

I have the same problem too, same processor and motherboard, 
and it happens in windows and linux more than anything 
when I run multi-threaded processes

the solution I found was the following:

install BIOS update 2202,

remove the battery from the motherboard for at least 10 seconds and install again, review the setup and save the changes.

sometimes something as simple as that makes a difference.

my configuration is ASUS PRIME B450M-A / CSM MOTHERBOARD,

Ryzen 3400G,

32GB RAM DDR4 XPG 3000MHZ
