I constantly see high voltage, 1 open chromium tab raises the voltage to 1.45 and above and constantly keeps at this value until I close application and stop doing anything, while the processor load is only 3%.the temperature is below 40 degrees, tried different bios, drivers for the chipset, changing powerplan, disabling pbo \ xfr, nothing changes, any tab, any application boosts the processor to 4.2 and keeps the voltage until I leave the computer alone. is this normal?
