Ryzen 5 2600 random restarts

I bought some components to have a home server. I choose Ryzen 2600 for the performance it delivers at its cost. I wanted to spend less and get more out of it.

CORSAIR VENGEANCE LPX 16GB DDR4 BUS 2400 (8x2) RED Ram
Sapphire Nitro+OC RX480 4GB DDR5
MSI Mainboard B450M PRO-M2 V2 AM4
WD Blue 250GB Sata SSD
And a 550W PSU

I installed debian 10 and there was a reboot during setup and i just thought it was something wrong with the setup. I installed again. It was just awesome. but.. It was just restarting randomly i had no idea why. Some online forum suggested its the powersupply. But no it wasn't. I checked the motherboard XMP config and tried both profiles it showed me. 2133 and 2400 and the issue was there on both of them.

look at the frequency of the reboot here.

I downloaded windows 10 and tried that. I thought it could be some driver issue on linux so i gave a shot. Installed all the latest driver it needs. I installed Forza Horizon demo and 4k Gaming was just awesome. but the problem got weirder. The computer just turns off randomly and never turns back on. I had to open the case and remove a RAM for it to turn on again.

I tried both RAM sticks in all possible combination(i.e trying differnt slots) everytime this happens. And this happens only when im using windows. On linux it reboots. On Windows it just stops working.:(

My initial plan was to spend less time to buy a computer in a reasonable cost and spend less time on the setup process. All the components costs me between 500-600 USD. And the time is spent on troubleshooting the problem is way too much for me. I live in Bangkok and the current COVID situation makes these problem worse. I need to figure out how to get this thing sent back for warranty. Is it the processor or motherboard? Most of the discussion i've seen in this forum who has the same issue says that their processor is faulty.

Is AMD not QC'ing their product well enough? Im tired of asking these questions. All i just want now is a working computer.

I am just letting all out. My wife won't understand what im talking about. I apologize. If anyone had the same problem and fixed it without going through hassle of warranty claims please let me know.
