I have a Ryzen 5 2600, be quiet dark rock pro 4 cooler, Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut thermal paste.
My CPU has very big temperature spikes, from 40-70 degree within 1 sec with only 30% utilization.
When I overclock the CPU tp 4 GHz (1.35 volts), and start prime95 (small FFTs), i get an instant temperature jump from 40 degree to 89 degree and the temperature stays at this high temperature until i stop prime 95. When prime95 is stopped the CPU cools down to 40 degree very fast (5 sec or so).
What could be the reason for these very big (and concerning) temperature spikes.
The thermal paste is properly applied and the cooler sits correct and thight.
