hello, it happens that my cpu ryzen 5 2600 shows me in the task manager only 3 cores and 6 threads, in cpu-z the same thing happens, I tried to unlock them in the advanced configurations of msconfig but I appeared maximum 6 cores which should be 12 to activate the 6 physical nuclei, I don't know what else I can do any idea?
the processor is mounted on an msi b450 tomahawk
