Ryzen 5 1600 pc won't boot

Hello. I just bought a Ryzen 5 1600, to replace my Ryzen 3 2200g. After I changed it, and pressed the power button, the monitors say "no signal, entering sleeping mode". I restored the bios settings to their defaults and that made it start as usual, but after 5-10 seconds, I got the same message and the monitors went black. Other things that may be important before someone takes their time to respond:
-I have 2 monitors, both plugged into the GPU (RX 570), via HDMI and DVI.
-Bios recognises the cpu change.
-I had some difficulties installing the cooler, but I don't think I did anything to damage the cpu. I thought I installed it wrong, so I booted into bios and the temps were 38-39 for 5 mins, so probably there s no overheating.
-The PSU shouldn't be a problem since both the new cpu and the old cpu need the same amount of power.
-I didn't try to install the old cpu back and see if it works, because I don't have any thermal paste yet. (Ryzen comes with thermal paste applied to the cooler)
