ryzen 3600 idle temp 70 and idle cpu clock 4.1ghz with mortar max mobo

I just build this pc with ryzen 3600 and b450m mortar max. I've enabled game boosting once and then I disabled that.. but now the idle temp stays at 68-70 and cpu clock at 4.1ghz. I have also disabled PBO. I dont know what else I can do. Someone please give me something..

If you have Ryzen Master return settings to defaults then uninstall the software. You can reinstall it when done.

Then go into the bios and reset to bios defaults. Boot up and see what you get now.

Thanks for the response. actually got it solved. and I've tried both the options you've mentioned. turned out that I was using NZXT CAM for monitoring and it was giving me a bit wrong stats.. now the temp and clock speed are acceptable.
