hello mohamed5294,

CPU reach 90°C when you use it or on idle mode without doing nothing ?

You should stay around 40°C on idle mode with CPU usage around 2%

If you use heavily the CPU, with CPU usage greater than 80%, you can reach 90°C and go up to 95°C if no OC active.

check for the latest bios update from motherboards manufacturer

be sure to disable all CPU OC on bios

enable A-XMP and manually select DRAM speed

install AMD chipset drivers 2.04 from AMD website

after, select on Power Plans, AMD balanced power plan

on idle mode temperature should stay around 40°C

if not, check if CPU Cooler is well pressed on CPU die, check thermal past, not too much and not too low, check CPU fan speed.

You can also monitor CPU with Ryzen Master found on AMD website

Good luck

check for the latest bios update from motherboards manufacturer

" already latest one F50 "

be sure to disable all CPU OC on bios

" Actually which one , I disable Core performance boost + PBO from amd overclocking and xfr enhance "

enable A-XMP and manually select DRAM speed

" I already set it manually for 3600 "

install AMD chipset drivers 2.04 from AMD website

" latest one already installed "

after, select on Power Plans, AMD balanced power plan

on idle mode temperature should stay around 40°C

" Ok that's only solve my high idle temp "

if not, check if CPU Cooler is well pressed on CPU die, check thermal past, not too much and not too low, check CPU fan speed.

" I already uninstall cpu fan and reinstalled again but nothing change "

You can also monitor CPU with Ryzen Master found on AMD website

" I used it already just for monitoring "

My whole system crash when it reach 90temp while am stress test my cpu prime95

good way,

lowering ram speed to 2133MHz and change CPU fan profile to up speed more quickly and retry.

Usually you can stay at 90-95°C with stock CPU cooler, if CPU up too hot, frequencies should be down.

When prime95 is running what is EDC and TDC on Ryzen Master ?

Otherwise, I'm not sure, VRM on B450 aorus pro wifi are too weak to sustain power drain for long time, prime95 it's a heavy burner. I will try to look for this tomorrow.

Take care

" It's not dangerous !! "

TDC : 59% of 60A

EDC : 65% of 90A

Actually I think 3600 and b450 pro doesn't acceptable 3600mhz

Just any tweaks for get full performance with stockcooler

Last step is to up ram speed step by step to reach max frequency usable with this motherboard.

Have a nice day.

Thank you.

I found trick to decrease my cpu temp dk if it dangerous or not

Set core ratio 4.2

Disable core performance boost

Add 0.135 in vcore

I test it now its working crazy less heat and good performance

update Agesa. temperatures will return to normal.even under load, the stock cooler will keep within 95 Celsius.well naturally the ambient temperature is within the acceptable passport limits
