Okay so I was wondering if what I'm buying is upgrading or downgrade from what I have atm.

Buying:

Gigabyte GA-A320M-S2H Motherboard

AMD Ryzen 3 3100 4-Core, 8-Thread Unlocked Desktop Processor with Wraith Stealth Cooler

What I have atm:

Windows 10 Home

Geforce GTX 980

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3330 CPU @ 3.00 GHz

7.96 GB of RAM

Mahobay motherboard

I would just go one step up and get the Ryzen 3 3300x instead if its available cause its much faster in games if thats what your going to be using it for.
