I have a new work station.

ryzen 3 2200g

gtx 980

gigabyte x370 gaming 5

16 gb hyper x fury 2400

in very random occasions a black screen is given and nothing responds, I must turn off the power source to restart the pc.

I asked to change the pieces in the store that I bought it and when I finished putting it all together again it gave me the same problem change micro mobo ram and source.

install windows from 0 and I put the last driver.

When this happens the led of the CPU turns on

can you ping your pc when it black screen? can you access the share folder of that pc when it black screen?

If yes, we have same issue.
