My specs are:
-MSI B350 Tomahawk
-Ryzen 3 1200
-Corsair 8GB RAM 2400Mhz
-EVGA 430w +80 White
-Lastest MSI's BIOs
Okay, When I put a core clock above of 3.3Ghz, the vCore gets blocked in 1.3v and I can't lower it. I could did this but in the old BIOs version.
