Hello!

So I just built my PC, everything went smoothly but now my CPU gets stuck at 1.5 GHz with 15x multiplier. I have put CPU load into it and it's still running at 1.5 GHz. I don't know what is going on but I'm getting desperate here, this has been happening since the start of the year, I just wanna play some games...

SPECS:

-Ryzen 3 1200

-GTX 1060 3 GBs

-8 GBs RAM

-MSI B350M BAZOOKA ( mobo )

-600W PSU

I fixed this problem by activating the Smart Fan Mode in the BIOS.

I had never thought that THAT would be the whole problem... oh well
