After installing the latest version of Ryzen Master for my 2700X I noticed a high EDC (CPU) percentage; Anywhere from 85% to 100% when idle. I followed this guide, making sure I was using the Windows Balanced Power Profile setting and latest version of Ryzen Master. However, I am still experiencing these issues. Below are the specifications of my system, and attached is a screenshot of my Ryzen Master dashboard. Any feedback/help is greatly appreciated!

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2000X (Stock Cooler)

Motherboard: MSI  Tomahhawk B450 Motherboard

RAM: 32GB DDR4

Graphics Card: EVGA Geforce GTX 1070 FTW

SSD: Samsung 1TB

Power Supply: Corsair 650W

I have a very similar system to yours and I'm running into the same problem. The only difference is the EDC on my system is 197%. I switched to the AMD ryzen balanced and it didn't change a thing. 

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700 (aftermarket heat sink with two fans)

RAM: 16GB DDR4

Graphics Card: EVGA Geforce RTX 2070 Super FTW3

SSD: Samsung 1TB
