I've asked on so numerous discussion boards and I haven't gotten a concrete solution to my problem yet. I have used apps like DDU and have reinstalled my drivers multiple times. The only thing that might have caused my graphics card to stop working is, is when I was plugging in my second SATA cable I was gently touching my graphics card as I was trying to get it in.
Device Manager is also able to recognize my card if that helps.
Its unlikely but possible you shorted out a crucial part on your video card. Do you have another video card to use, and also try the card on another machine to see if it another issue.
I Figured it out. I Plugged my HDMI cord into my integrated graphics port,
not my GPU. I can't believe it was that simple.
