Can we achieve a Dedicated PCIe x16 with Dual VGA/Pcle card or a Dedicated PCIe x16 & x8 with Dual VGA/Pcle card?

As we have the following SPECIFICATIONS of the systems.....

1. Processor: Ryzen9-5950X | Motherboard: ASUS X570-P
2.  Processor: Ryzen9-5950X | Motherboard: ASUS X570 Crosshair Hero 

Please suggest further if possible to achieve.
